Daya Holidays (Pvt) Ltd reserves the
right to alter the route or itinerary of any of its tours and
arrange alternatives to those advertised if necessary. No refunds
will be made under these circumstances or in the event of any delay,
curtailment or alteration of a trip resulting from any cause
including weather conditions or mechanical failure. Components of
the tours are dependent on the weather conditions and Daya Holidays
(Pvt) Ltd cannot be held liable if trip components are not available
on the date of the travel. Daya Holidays (Pvt) Ltd cannot guarantee
pick up or drop off times and is not liable for passengers not been
able to connect with other services or any associated costs
resulting from such delays. We are not responsible for loss or
damageto personal belongings or baggage.
Participants may be absent due to cultural commitments with minimal
prior notification and Daya Holidays (Pvt) Ltd reserves the right to
amend the itinerary under these circumstances with no obligation to
refund.
LIABILITY
Whilst we make every effort to safeguard our passengers, Daya
Holidays (Pvt) Ltd cannot be held liable for any damage, injuryor
loss of any kind caused by or resulting from any act or omission by
its employees, agents or contractors.Passengers should note that
adventure travel involves a higher risk and a written consent will
be requiredfrom all participants before departure. Daya Holidays (Pvt)
Ltd is not liable for any act of negligence, act or omission
whatsoever done by any company whose services are obtained as a part
of packages provided, including but not limited to activity and
accommodation providers.
MINIMUM PASSENGER NUMBERS
Tours require a minimum number of passengers to operate. Minimum
passenger numbers differ according to tours and operators and are
subject to change at any given time. In circumstances where minimum
numbers are not reached, analternative may be offered or a smaller
vehicle will be arranged. If a tour is cancelled due to minimum
passenger numbers not being reached, passengers will be offered an
alternate tour option or will be provided with a full refund.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
Travel insurance is NOT included in the tour price. Daya Holidays (Pvt)
Ltd requires all passengers to hold travel insurance.
Policy information should be provided on the first day of each tour.
Your insurance cover must include cover for cancellation, medical
and repatriation expenses, injury and accident, damage/loss of
personal baggage and money and also personal liability insurance.
Please note that during your trip there may be opportunities to take
part in adventure activities or excursions, outside the itinerary
which is stated in the brochure.These are not included inthe
contracted trip with Daya Holidays (Pvt) Ltd and you should ensure
your Travel Insurance covers your participation in these activities.
Travel insurance is compulsory for all travellers except where
prohibited by law. Sri Lankan nationals travelling in Sri Lanka are
exempt from this policy however we still highly recommend that the
travellers to hold a Travel Insurance.
PICK UP AND DROP OFF POINTS
All pick up and drop off locations and times published are an
estimate only and are subject to change at a short notice.Passengers
will be informed about the correct details at the time of
reconfirmation.

CHILD POLICY*/AGE RESTRICTIONS
Children aged 8-12 years will receive a discount on some tours,
Children aged 13 or older will be charged the full adult fare.
Children 18 years and under:
Children under 18 years of age are not permitted to travel unless
accompanied by an adult.
Charges for children on accommodated tours are based on one child
sharing an en-suite room with two adults. If one child travels with
one adult, the adult accommodation rate applies and will be provided
upon request.
FEES AND LEVIES
Credit card payments: 1.5 – 3% surcharge
MEALS
We cater for vegetarian and non vegetarian food preferences. However
you are recommended to advice at time of booking about your specific
preferences and if you are unable to do so we cannot guarantee that
you will be provided with the specific preferences.
BEHAVIOUR
Daya Holidays may refuse to carry a person whose behaviour is
detrimental tothe enjoyment of the group. By travelling with Daya
Holidays, you agree to accept the authority of the guide andtheir
decisions. Inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the
trip. If a guiderequires a passenger to leave the trip, no refunds
will be given and that passenger will be responsible for their
owntravel costs and arrangements from that point onwards.
