  Day 1, 2 & 3
 
  Once you arrive at the airport, you will be greeted by a representative of Daya Holidays and driven to Bentota in a chauffer driven car. Over the years, Bentota has gained popularity due the extensive variety of water sports on offer. This will give you the opportunity to tap into your adventurous side, while enjoying the beautiful sunny beaches. Accommodation will be provided at Saman Villa’s, a secluded luxury get away, with some of the best spa treatments in Sri Lanka.
 
 
 
         
    Bentota:
Bentota is a coastal city that is popular for its golden sandy beaches. It is the ideal place to unwind and relax as you recover from your long journey to Sri Lanka. Over the years, Bentota has developed into one of the most prominent places for water sports in the island as you can chose from a large variety of activities including body surfing, wind surfing, jet skiing and water skiing. The city is also popular for its toddy production, which is a local alcohol beverage made from coconut nectar.   Day 4 & 5
 
  In the morning, you will proceed to Galle, where you will spend two days at Kahanda Kanda, a luxurious boutique hotel that has gained nothing but praise from all its guests. While in Galle, you can explore the Galle fort and lighthouse, take a boat ride on the Koggala lake as well as head to Unawatuna, which is a about a 15 minutes drive away to snorkel, swim and surf.
 
 
 
         
    Unawatuna:
Unawatuna lies just 5km to the south of Galle. Its beaches are ranked amongst the top 12 in the world and the reef that shelters the beach provides a safe zone for swimming and bathing. Diving and surfing are immensely popular here. There are a number of reef breaks that provide an ideal location to surf, while the many under water treasures that range from a large variety of fish and turtles to ship wrecks and caves ensures that there is something for new and more experienced drivers alike.

 
 
         
    The Galle Fort:
The Galle Fort lies in the bay of Galle and was first built in 1588 by the Portuguese. A century after the Fort was established; the Dutch developed it to its current grandeur, which is now a UNESCO world heritage site. Even after a history of 423 years, this architectural heritage maintains a polished appearance due to extensive reconstruction work carried out by the archeological department of Sri Lanka.

    Tangalle:
Tangalle is a small fishing town that lies in the far end of the southern coast of Sri Lanka. It is popular for its unspoiled and quiet beaches, colorful corals and exotic fish. It is perfect for those looking to relax and laze around in a quiet surrounding while enjoying activities such as snorkeling, surfing and swimming. If you decide to visit during the period December – April, you have the opportunity to go whale and dolphin watching.     Amanwella:
Amanwella is situated in a mature coconut grove fronting a crescent-shaped beach close to the fishing town of Tangalle in southern Sri Lanka. The resort derives its name by combining the words aman, or “peace” in Sanskrit, and wella, the Sinhalese name for “beach”. This is not a surprise as it provides access to one of the most secluded and unspoiled beaches found in the island.     Nuwara Eliya:
Nuwara Eliya, meaning the city of light is a town in the central highlands of Sri Lanka and is popular for its tea production. It is located at an altitude of 1860 meters. The city provides breathtaking views of valleys, meadows, mountains and greenery. Due to the high altitude, the city sported the perfect climate for British civil servants and planters when the British colonized Sri Lanka. Even today, the city once called little England is true to the British culture through events such as horse races. The hotels and buildings within the city maintain the colonial architecture with fireplaces, British style open gardens and lawns.

 
 
         
    Horton Planes:
The Horton Planes park is a protected area that lies at an altitude of roughly 2100 mteres and was designated a national park in 1988. The plains are the headwaters of three main Sri Lankan rivers, Kelani, Walawe and Mahaweli. The park is home to many species of mammals, reptiles, birds and amphibians. Currently the most commonly seen mammal is the Sambar deer and some argue that the number of this deer type in the park is greater than its carrying capacity. The park is also an important bird area since you find many birds that are not only endemic to Sri Lanka but also restricted to the park.

 
 
         
    Haggala Botanical Gardens:
The Gardens spread across 27 hectare acres were established in 1860 as an experimental Cinchona plantation from which the anti-malarial drug quinine is derived. Subsequently the gardens were used for experiments in acclimatizing temperate-zone plants to life in tropics. Today Hakgala`s gardens of roses, shrubs, ferns and montane woodland are delightfully located in salubrious environment, with small streams running across and wooden bridges built over them with birds flying all over

 
 
         
    Ceylon Tea Trails:
Ceylon Tea Trails is a collection of tastefully decorated bungalows situated in Dickoya, where the climate is reminiscence of the soft English springtime.   Day 12 &13
 
  Once you arrive at the airport you will be greeted by a representative of Daya Holidays and driven to Kandy in a chauffer driven car. Once there, you will be checked into the best boutique hotel in Kandy, The Kandy House. Over the next three days, you can visit some of the sights in Kandy and or relax at the hotel taking advantage of its in house facilities. The choice is up to you.
 
 
 
         
    Temple of the Tooth Relic:
The sacred Tooth Relic of the Buddha is the most venerated object for Buddhists around the world and its present house, the Temple of the Tooth Relic in Kandy is considered to be the foremost sacred place of worship for all Buddhists. The tooth relic has played an important role in the politics and governance of ancient Sri Lanka, as it was then believed that whoever possesses the sacred relic has the divine right to rule the country. As a result many battles were fought to earn the right to possess the sacred tooth relic. Today, the relic is placed within this temple and is enshrined in seven golden caskets, which takes the shape of a stupa and is engraved with precious gemstone.

    Negombo:
This city is located roughly about 7km from the Bandaranaike international airport. The city thrives mainly on the tourist and its century old fishing industry. There is plenty to do in Negambo, starting with the beautiful sunny beaches, where you can relax sipping your favorite cocktails and working on that tan. A visit to the fish market is a must because no trip to Negombo is complete without it. You must be warned! It is a smelly and slippery sight, but well worth it as it is a rare experience. If you are willing to drag yourself out of bed early in the morning, then you can watch the fishermen bringing their catch to the shore. Guests can also chose from a variety of in house activities that the hotels have on offer, or indulge yourself with a tailor made spa session to suit your individual needs.
